For each of our policyholders, we make toll-free claims reporting
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. By dialing
1-888-NEW-CLMS,
our claimants enable us to process cases immediately, facilitating
timely, appropriate medical treatment for the injured party under the
coordination of our affiliate GUARDCo, Inc. The benefits of this
"hotline" include: (1) reduced paperwork because we complete the
required forms for the policyholder (where state regulations permit);
(2) less time away from work for the injured employee because we
establish light- and modified-duty assignments when available; and
(3) potential insurance savings because of improved claims experience.
